Our Reason for Being

Our community engagement, mindset, level of fitness, and the food we choose to eat significantly impacts our personal health and that of our neighborhoods. How do we build stronger communities without getting stronger ourselves? Strong in mind, body & soul.

Coach Q and Chef Nora Pullen have developed The Fitness Ranch to grow our community stronger. We are deeply committed to making a difference.

Who is The Fitness Ranch for?

Everyone in the Greater Atlanta Area!

We especially want to engage with those who do not typically have ready access to natural spaces, quality fitness programs, and healthy food.

The Fitness Ranch caters to at-risk youth groups, providing them with a secure environment to learn about wellness, exercise, and gain the skills necessary to become healthy, motivated, and productive members of the community.

Our program offers preparation for young adults interested in joining the military, as well as providing local teams with education, training, and skills to improve athleticism, maintain health, eat for optimal performance, and develop a goal-oriented, winning mindset for their athletes.

The Garden 

Our teachings cover gardening and healthy eating, encompassing smart shopping for optimal health by discovering top local food sources, making wise food choices that prioritize nutrition and healthy meals, creating easy, quick, and nutritious dishes for the entire family to relish, and encouraging children and teens to participate in the kitchen, all while emphasizing that good food leads to a positive mood.

MEET THE PLAYPEN ATL- A Military Style Obstacle Course

Many people see obstacles as obstructions, we see obstacles as building blocks. The Playpen ATL is a tried and true fitness tool that helps develop confidence and perfect movement. The ability to develop the skills needed to overcome the many structures at The Playpen ATL aids in a positive mindset and the drive needed to face difficult tasks in life.

Mentorship by a dual service military veteran will help prepare our youth for careers in military service. It will also help those seeking careers in law enforcement stay at the ready throughout their careers.

Summer Camps

The Fitness Ranch Summer Day Camps are four-week programs designed for kids ages 8 to 16 years old. It provides a fun, safe, and stimulating environment that includes fitness, gardening, nutrition, and academic learning activities. It takes place in a beautiful, stress-free outdoor setting, nurturing a positive atmosphere of collaborative learning and play while instilling respect for oneself, others, and nature.
